Design and Research of Intelligent Railway Freight Yard Information Platform

为实现铁路货场向以市场为中心的城市物流配送中心的模式转变,提升铁路货运整体效益,迫切需要开展铁路智能化货场的研究与设计,全面提高铁路货物运输效率、货运管理水平和服务质量。基于铁路货场现状,分析铁路智能化货场需求,按照先进性、可操作性、可扩展性等原则,提出铁路智能化货场信息平台设计架构,并对其中货主服务、决策组织、货场管理、货场安全等主要功能进行研究,为建立铁路现代化物流信息平台,加快铁路货场智能化建设提供技术支撑。

For the transformation of the railway freight yard into a market-centric urban logistics distribution center and the overall greater benefit of railway freight transportation,it is urgent to research and design intelligent railway freight yards and comprehensively improve freight transportation efficiency,freight management,and service quality.Given the current situation of railway freight yards,this paper analyzed the requirements for intelligent efficiency freight yards and proposed the architectural design of an intelligent railway freight yard information platform in accordance with the principles of advancement,operability,and scalability.In addition,it researched and designed the main functions of the platform,including consignor service,decision-making organization,as well as yard management and safety,to provide technical support for building a modern railway logistics information platform and accelerating the intelligent construction of railway freight yards.
