铁路专用线货运量影响因素分析及提升对策

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Improvement Countermeasures for Freight Volume of Railway Special Line

货运量是影响铁路专用线经济效益和社会效益的关键因素,也是铁路专用线建设和运营的基础。分析铁路专用线货运量影响因素,将影响因素归结为规划设计、运营服务和外部环境及发展等3类15项。构建铁路专用线货运量影响因素的系统动力学关系模型,根据系统动力学模型中的影响因素回路,分析各影响因素的相互作用和影响范围。根据系统动力学模型的分析结果,针对各类影响因素分别提出相应的铁路专用线货运量提升对策,以提升铁路专用线货运量,为铁路专用线的规划、建设、运营管理提供科学的指导建议。

Freight volume is a key factor of social and economic benefits of railway special line and also the basis underlying its construction and operation.This paper explored the factors influencing the freight volume of railway special line and summarized them as 15 items of 3 categories including planning and design,operation service,and external environment and development.According to the influence factor loop in the built system dynamics model,interactions between influence factors and their respective influence range were analyzed.In light of the analysis results,countermeasures were put forward for various influencing factors,so as to improve the freight volume of the railway special line.This study can provide reasonable guidance and suggestions for the planning,construction,and operation management of the railway special line.
