摘要
动力电池是新能源汽车动力系统的重要组成之一,承担着整个车辆的能量来源。电池包作为动力电池的结构承载部件,其设计好坏直接关系到系统的安全性、可靠性和稳定性,因此需要具备较高的结构强度和抗变形能力。文章以某款新能源汽车电池包系统开发为例,基于国标规定的挤压试验要求进行了相应的仿真模拟试验,得到了电池包的抗挤压能力值和系统零部件的应力水平,并与目标值进行了比较和评估。文中的分析手段和评价方法为动力电池包系统的设计和开发提供了参考。
Power battery is one of the important forms of new energy vehicle power system,which is responsible for the energy source of the whole vehicle.As the structural bearing component of power battery,the design of battery pack is directly related to the safety,reliability and stability of the system,so it needs to have high structural strength and anti-deformation ability.In this paper,the battery pack system development of a new energy vehicle is taken as an example,and the corresponding simulation is carried out based on the extrusion test requirements specified in the national standard.The anti-extrusion capability value of the battery pack and the stress level of the system components are obtained,and compared and evaluated with the target value.The analysis method and evaluation method in this paper provide reference for the design and development of power battery pack system.
