摘要 燃料电池是重卡新能源化重要的技术路线。文章建立含购置成本、使用成本、维护成本、车辆残值和环境成本在内的全生命周期使用成本(TCO)模型,量化对比内燃机、纯电和燃料电池3种不同动力形式18 t重卡的经济性,重点分析氢气价格对燃料电池车型经济性应用的影响,充分讨论18 t燃料电池重卡具备经济性的氢气临界价格。同时考虑未来发展趋势,进一步分析2025年及2030年不同技术未来的潜在应用前景。 Fuel cell is considered as key technology for new energy truck.In this paper,the TCO(total cost of ownership)model has been established,which contains purchasing cost,using cost,maintenance cost,salvage cost and environmental cost.The economy of a 18 t heavy-duty truck has been compared quantitively when different power sources-diesel engine,battery and fuel cell are used independently.The sensitivity of fuel cell truck application to hydrogen cost has been emphatically analyzed,and the threshold H2 price for economical truck utilization has been fully discussed.In addition,considering future development trends,the potential application prospect has been further predicted for year 2025 and 2030.
