高压油管接头静态扭矩衰减影响因素分析及优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对在汽油机静态扭矩衰减检查中发现高压油管接头静态扭矩衰减较大的问题,文章全面分析产生扭矩衰减的相关因素,并结合DOE试验分析手段对静态扭矩衰减进行评价,提出了几种应对方案并研究其实施效果。结果表明,降低拧紧转速,采用分步拧紧法、合理定义安装扭矩以及均匀布置安装点能有效改善高压油管接头的静态扭矩衰减程度,提高高压油管接头的鲁棒性。 Aiming at the torque reducing problem of gasoline engine high-pressure fuel pipe, the relevant factors of torque reducing are comprehensively analyzed, and the torque reducing evaluation of the high-pressure fuel pipe is carried out by means of the DOE analysis, and several countermeasures are investigated with each implementation effect. The results show that reducing the tightening speed, adopting the step-by-step tightening method, reasonably defining the installation torque and evenly arranging the installation points can effectively improve the static torque attenuation of the high-pressure fuel pipe joint.
