广升麻的药用价值及应用展望

Medicinal value and application prospect of Radix Serratulae Chinensis

广升麻作为地方习用品,应用历史悠久,临床使用广泛,药材需求量大,存在很大的研究空间。作为升麻的替代品,广升麻存在混用或被替用、质量标准落后、研究文献少、内容局限等问题。研究集中在质量分析、含量测定、提取工艺等方面,临床药理药效机制、功效主治研究、制剂开发相关研究甚少,与广升麻用药需求大、临床处方多的现状不相符。笔者通过查阅文献,对广升麻的本草考究、混用情况、有效成分、临床药理、质量控制等研究进展进行综述。从混淆品基源研究、资源开发、药理药效、质量标准、制剂开发研究等方向及思路对广升麻的前景提出几点思考,希望能做好以上几方面的研究,促进广升麻药材的快速发展,形成很好的经济及社会效益。

Radix Serratulae Chinensis as local learning products since a long time,which had the characteristics of clinical widely used,medicinal materials demand volume,and vast space.As a substitute for Cohosh,which had a lot of problems of be replaced,quality standard backward and the research content was limited.Research of Radix Serratulae Chinensis focused on the quality analysis,content determination and extraction process,etc.Research of which in clinical pharmacology,effective mechanism,efficacy of attending,formulation development was limited.The research status was inconsistent with which drug demand and clinical prescription.The author through the literature,summarized research progress on source of medica,replaced usage,active ingredients,quality standard,clinical pharmacology of Radix Serratulae Chinensis.The author put forward the prospect of thinking about Radix Serratulae Chinensis from the base source,resource development,the pharmacological efficacy,quality standard,formulation development to speed up the development of Radix Serratulae Chinensis.
