阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果

Clinical value of Aripiprazole combined with low-dose Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的探讨阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月惠州市第二人民医院收治的76例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)与观察组(38例)。对照组接受小剂量氯氮平片治疗,观察组接受阿立哌唑片联合小剂量氯氮平片治疗。比较两组的临床症状控制优良率,精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、副反应量表(TESS)评分。结果治疗2个月后,观察组临床症状控制优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组BPRS评分、TESS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效更好,更能够有效地促进症状消退,且临床用药安全性更好。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Aripiprazole combined with low-dose Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 76 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Huizhou NO.2 Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received with low-dose Clozapine tablets,and the observation group received with Aripiprazole tablets combined with low-dose Clozapine tablets.The clinical symptom control excellent and good rate,brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score,and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)score were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the clinical symptom control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the observation group′s BPRS score and TESS score were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with low-dose Clozapine has a better curative effect in the treatment of schizophrenia,could more effectively promote the resolution of symptoms,and the safety of clinical medication is better.
