柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤在胃脘痛患者中的应用

Application of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Sijunzi Decoction in patients with epigastric pain

目的探讨柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗胃脘痛患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年6月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六八医院收治的82例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各41例。对照组患者采取常规西医治疗,试验组患者采取柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应总发生率、复发率及中医证候积分。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的胃脘疼痛、上腹胀满、嗳气反酸评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的胃脘疼痛、上腹胀满、嗳气反酸评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃脘痛患者治疗中,柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗效果理想,可有效改善患者症状,抑制病情复发,且安全可靠,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Sijunzi Decoction in treatment of patients with epigastric pain.Methods Eighty-two patients with epigastric pain admitted to the 968th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the People′s Liberation Army from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into the control group and the experimental group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Sijunzi Decoction.The treatment effect,total incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric distention,belching and acid reflux in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric distention,belching and acid reflux in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with epigastric pain,Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Sijunzi Decoction has ideal therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and inhibit disease recurrence,and is safe and reliable,which worthy of reference.
