益气健脾化瘀汤辅助治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huayu Decoction in sdjuvant treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer

目的探讨益气健脾化瘀汤辅助治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年7月福建省宁德市中医院肿瘤科收治的120例晚期胰腺患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。对照组采用化疗治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药汤剂辅助治疗方法。比较两组的临床效果、血清肿瘤标志物水平、治疗期间Ⅲ/Ⅳ级不良反应发生率。结果两组的客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组的血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA19-9)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CEA、CA19-9水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Ⅲ/Ⅳ级粒细胞减少、恶心呕吐、皮疹发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气健脾化瘀汤治疗晚期胰腺癌有助于降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,减少严重不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huayu Decoction in adjuvant treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced pancreas who were admitted to the Department of Oncology,Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(60 cases)and an observation group(60 cases).The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,serum tumor marker levels,and the incidence of gradeⅢ/Ⅳadverse reactions during the treatment period were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA19-9)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA and CA19-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the incidence of gradeⅢ/Ⅳneutropenia,nausea and vomiting,and skin rash in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer is helpful to reduce the level of serum tumor markers and reduce serious adverse reactions.
