授权理论的动画健康教育对肋骨骨折康复患者自我效能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of animation health education based on empowerment theory on self-efficacy of patients with rib fracture rehabilitation

摘要 目的探讨授权理论的动画健康教育对肋骨骨折康复患者自我效能的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年7月萍乡市第二人民医院收治的60例成人肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组接受常规健康教育干预,试验组依据授权理论在入组时、入组1、3、7周接受四次动画健康教育干预,比较两组的自我效能感得分、行为习惯依从性、肺部并发症等指标。结果入组时,两组的自我效能感得分和行为习惯依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入组1、3、7周后,观察组的自我效能感得分高于对照组,干预后观察组的行为习惯依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肺部并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权理论的动画健康教育能提高肋骨骨折康复患者的自我效能,提高遵医嘱依从性,减少并发症发生率,缓解负面情绪,提高患者及家属的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of empowering theory-based animation education on the self-efficacy of patients with rib fracture rehabilitation.Methods A total of 60 adult patients with rib fracture from June 2019 to July 2020 in Pingxiang Second People′s Hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education intervention,and the experimental group received four times of animation health education intervention according to the authorization theory at the time of admission,one week after admission,three weeks after admission and seven weeks after admission,the scores of self-efficacy,compliance of behavior habit and pulmonary complications were compared between the two groups.Results At the time of entry,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups′self-efficacy scores and behavioral compliance(P>0.05).After 1,3,and 7 weeks,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the observation group′s behavioral habit compliance was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulmonary complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Animated health education based on empowerment theory can improve the self-efficacy of patients recovering from rib fractures,improve their compliance with doctors,reduce complications,relieve negative emotions,and improve patient and family satisfaction.
