某三甲医院就诊者互联网医疗接受认可程度及服务使用维度分析

Research of Acceptance and Approval Degree of Internet Medicine and Its Service Usage Dimension in a Tertiary Hospital in Beijing

目的了解某市属三甲医院"互联网医疗"就诊者接受、认可程度及其影响因素,对服务使用维度的分析,并提出相应的意见。方法2020年6—11月,采用调查问卷法分析了556名就诊者对"互联网医疗"的接受、认可程度,多因素回归分析其影响因素。以就诊者对服务使用维度的同质化、互动效果、时间弹性及自身隐私安全性作为服务使用医疗质量效果、及时性、便捷性和信息安全性的评判标准。结果"互联网医疗"模式的接受度为56.65%,认可度为87.98%。单因素分析显示:调查对象"互联网医疗"接受、认可程度随年龄增长而下降,与文化程度和个人平均月收入差别有统计学意义,而认可程度与日常健康状况差别有统计学意义。多因素分析显示:文化程度、个人平均月收入是"互联网医疗"接受程度的独立影响因素,而年龄、个人平均月收入和就医单程平均交通时间是认可程度的独立影响因素。服务使用调查显示:接受者对服务使用及时性的满意度最高,而认可者对医疗质量能否达到同质化效果的需求最大。结论"互联网医疗"模式的认可程度明显高于接受程度,年龄越低、学历越高的就诊者对"互联网医疗"模式的接受程度和认可程度越高,应进一步加强"互联网医疗"的质量效果及信息安全性,以提高患者采用互联网医疗就医的有效性和安全性。

Objective To understand the influencing factors of the acceptance and approval degree of"Internet medicine"in a tertiary hospital,and to analyze the medical care usage,and to put forward the corresponding suggestions.Methods Questionnaires were used to analyze the acceptance and approval degree of 556 patients to"Internet medicine"from June to November 2020.Multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Homogenization,interaction effect,time elasticity and privacy security of service usage dimension were taken as the evaluation criteria of medical quality effect,timeliness and convenience of service use.Results The acceptance rate of"Internet medicine"was 56.65%,and the approval rate was 87.98%.Univariate analysis showed that the acceptance and approval degree of"Internet medicine"decreased with age,which was statistically significant with the difference of educational level and personal average monthly income,while the approval degree was statistically significant with the difference of daily health status.Multivariate analysis showed that education level and average monthly income were independent influencing factors for the acceptance degree of"Internet medicine",while age,average monthly income and average one-way travel time to hospital were independent influencing factors for the approval degree.The analysis of medical care usage showed that recipients have high satisfaction with timeliness,while have the greatest demand on whether the quality of medical care was homogenous.Conclusion The approval degree of"Internet medicine"was significantly higher than acceptance degree.The younger and the patients with higher educational level had higher degree of acceptance and approval.It is necessary to further strengthen the quality of medical care and information security of Internet medicine,in order to improve its efficacy and safety.
