摘要
科室作为人才培养的重要载体,其管理质量直接影响着医院人才队伍建设水平,但恰恰这一重要领域一直被忽略,成为医院人力资源管理的盲区。为解决这一问题,宣武医院转变人才培养模式,遵循客观性、操作性、动态性等原则,运用文献分析、专家评议等方法,以六盒模型为基础搭建科室人才培养管理体系,并以绩效考核为载体,采用现场调查的方式执行,调动科室积极性,扩大影响力。人才培养管理体系为科室人才培养提供方向,引导科室为人才营造所需的成长环境,提高科室人才培养工作质量。
The department is an important carrier for talent training.Its management quality directly affects the level of the hospital’s talent pool construction.But the management of departments has become the blind spot of hospital human resources management.To solve this problem,Xuanwu Hospital transformed the talent training model,following the principles of objectivity,operability,and dynamism,and using methods such as literature analysis,expert review to set up a personnel training management system for public hospital departments based on a six-box model.Using performance reviews and field surveys,Xuanwu Hospital mobilizes the enthusiasm and expands the system’s influence.The personnel training management system provides the direction for the department personnel training,which guides the department to create the necessary growth environment for talents and improves the quality of personnel training in the department.
