大采深工作面超高水材料充填开采围岩变形规律研究

摘要 基于超高水材料填充实际,以邢东矿1126大采深超高水充填开采工作面为研究对象,观测并分析该工作面回采期间两巷围岩变形规律。对比非充填工作面围岩变形,结果显示,充填开采顶底板位移最大值364 mm,最小值为175 mm,平均位移243.1 mm;非充填开采顶底板位移最大值1482 mm,最小值为601 mm,平均位移933.562 mm。充填开采两帮位移最大值404 mm,最小值为36 mm,平均位移166 mm;非充填开采顶底板位移最大值1081 mm,最小值为277 mm,平均位移511.22 mm。充填开采比非充填开采顶底板平均位移减少690.46 mm,减少约74.2%,两帮平均位移减少345.22 mm,减少约67.5%。 Based on the actual filling of ultra-high water material,the deformation law of the surrounding rocks in the two roadways during the back-mining of the 1126working face with large mining depth in Xingdong Mine was observed and analyzed.The results showed that the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plate of the filling mining was 364 mm,the minimum value was 175 mm,and the average displacement 243.1 mm;the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plate of the non-filling mining was 1,482 mm,the minimum value was 601 mm,and the average displacement was 933.562 mm.The maximum displacement of the two sides of the filling mining was 404 mm,the minimum value was 36 mm,and the average displacement was 166 mm.The maximum displacement of the top and bottom plate of non-filled mining was 1081 mm,the minimum displacement was 277 mm,and the average displacement was 511.22 mm.The average displacement of the top and bottom plate of filled mining was 690.46 mm,less than that of non-filled mining,which was about 74.2%less,and the average displacement of the two sides reduced by 345.22 mm less,Reduced by about 67.5%.
