摘要
为解决西曲矿南二盘区工作面高瓦斯低渗透煤层开采困难的问题,以18202综采工作面为工程背景,提出矸石充填协同垮落法综合开采技术,利用数值模拟软件对矿压显现及岩层移动情况进行研究,发现随着矸石充填长度的增加,在矸石充填段顶板下沉量的最大值降低,且矸石充填段顶板应力均值减小,垮落段顶板的应力均值也逐步降低,同时在充填长度一定的前提下,对充填高度进行研究,发现随着充填高度的增加,充填段的顶板应力均值逐步增大,而垮落段的应力均值减小。
In order to solve the problem of difficult mining of high gas and low permeability coal seam at the working face of Xiqu Mine,the integrated mining technology of gangue filling and collapse method was proposed,with 18202 comprehensive mining face as the engineering background,and the numerical simulation software was used to study the mineral pressure appearance and rock movement.The average value of the top plate stress decreased,and the average value of the stress of the top plate of the collapsed section also gradually decreased,and at the same time,under the premise of filling length,the height of filling was studied,and it was found that with the increase of filling height,the average value of the top plate stress of the filling section gradually increased,and the average value of the stress of the collapsed section decreased.
