摘要
牛儿庄采矿有限公司东工广大煤1号工作面运料巷与三水平轨道上部车场巷道间距11~17 m,垂距仅有10 m,工作面回采势必对其进行破坏,导致车场巷道不能正常使用。针对这一情况,提出了采用厚煤层切顶卸压与注浆加固联合护巷技术对巷道进行保护,应用壁后注浆(浅孔、深孔两次注浆)技术提前对巷道进行加固,再利用切顶卸压技术对工作面运料巷进行切顶预裂,改变围岩应力状态,使工作面采空区形成“切顶短壁梁结构”,阻断采空区顶板与围岩顶板的应力传递,以实现联合护巷目的。
Based on the fact that the distance between the No.1 working face transportation roadway of Niu’erzhuang Mine and the upper third level track yard roadway was 11~17 m,and the vertical distance was only 10 m,the working face retrieval was bound to destroy it,which led to the failure of the yard roadway to be used normally,the joint protection technology of thick coal seam top cutting and pressure relief and grouting reinforcement was proposed to protect the roadway,and the post-wall grouting(shallow hole and deep hole)technology was applied to protect the roadway in advance.Two times grouting technology was adopted to reinforce the roadway in advance,and then the top-cutting and pressure relief technology was used to cut the top of the working face transportation roadway pre-cracking,the stress state of the surrounding rock was changed,so that the working face mining area forming a"top-cutting short wall beam structure",blocking the stress transfer between the roof of the mining area and the roof of the surrounding rock,achieved the purpose of joint roadway protection.
