摘要
分析了开滦通信专网融合通信系统现状,调研了企业语音通信业务场景、发展趋势,设计了基于数据与业务融合的智慧化综合语音业务管理平台的架构模式,研究了数据资源梳理、语音识别、语音分析等关键技术,开发了融合语音业务服务、语音设备安全运维等软件子系统。平台满足开滦集团统一规范、安全可靠、数字集成、智慧高效的语音业务应用、管理和维护的整体规划,全面提升了开滦集团信息化水平。
The current situation of Kailuan communication private network unified communication system were analyzed,The business scenario and development trend of enterprise voice communication were investigated,The architecture mode of intelligent integrated voice service management platform based on data and service integration was designed,The key technologies such as data resource combing,speech recognition and speech analysis were studied,Software subsystems such as unified voice service and voice equipment security operation and maintenance were developed,The platform met the overall planning of Kailuan Group for unified,standardized,safe,reliable,digital integration,intelligent and efficient voice business application,management and maintenance,comprehensively improved the informatization level of Kailuan Group.
