综采工作面智能化管理系统的设计与应用研究

Design and application of intelligent management system for variety mining working face

综采工作面智能化是煤矿领域未来发展的趋势。根据东江煤矿综采工作面基本情况,设计研究了智能化管理系统的整体方案,该方案的网络框架分为3个层级,对高清视频监控、采煤机和液压支架的远程控制、设备联动停机等关键技术进行了介绍。将设计的工作面智能化管理系统应用到煤矿开采工程实践中,经测试表明,运行过程稳定可靠,显著提升了矿井的智能化水平。

Intelligent comprehensive mining working face is the trend of future development in mining.According to the basic situation of Dongjiang Mine comprehensive mining working face,the overall scheme of intelligent management system was designed and studied.The network framework of the scheme was divided into three levels,and key technologies such as high-definition video monitoring,remote control of coal mining machine and hydraulic support,and equipment linkage shutdown were introduced.The designed intelligent management system of working face was applied to the practice of mining engineering,and the test showed that the operation process was stable and reliable,which significantly improved the intelligence level of the mine.
