摘要
针对店坪煤矿206工作面回采期间工作面粉尘浓度高达166 mg/m3,导致工作面能见度低、设备误操作现象严重等技术难题,该矿通风区对工作面回采前期除尘措施、除尘现状以及存在的问题进行合理分析,并根据工作面实际回采情况对除尘技术进行优化,通过实际应用,206工作面除尘措施优化改进后,粉尘浓度控制在57 mg/m3以下,工作面能见度提高至30 m以上,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the dust concentration of 206 working face in Dianping Mine as high as 166 mg/m3 during mining,which resulted in low visibility and misoperation of the equipment,the dust removal measures and problems were analyzed,with the optimization of the dust removal technology.The dust density was below 57 mg/m3 and the working face visibility was up to 30 m after the technology,with obvious effect.
