摘要 介绍了聚酰胺(PA)改性的方法以及今后的发展方向。PA的填充改性在聚酰胺改性中占有重要地位,应用越来越广泛。以聚酰胺树脂作基料,添加纤维、天然或合成填料,可制得多种性能优异的产品;在PA66、PA6中添加纤维、红磷等填料,可制成多种牌号的产品,并广泛应用于汽车、电子电气、消费品及工业领域。填充改性和共混改性是PA改性的主要方法,填充改性是PA改性的重要手段,其它如共混、增强PA、PA的新功能化等也将是PA今后的主要研究方向。 The modification methods of polyamide(PA)and the development direction in the future are introduced.The filling modification of PA plays an important role in polyamide modification and is used more and more widely.A variety of products with excellent properties can be prepared by using polyamide resin as base material and adding fiber,natural or synthetic filler;various brands of products can be made by adding fiber,red phosphorus and other fillers to PA66 and PA6 and are widely used in automotive,electronic and electrical,consumer goods and industrial fields.Filling modification and blending modification are the main methods of PA modification,filling modification is an important method of PA modification,and other methods,such as blending,strengthening PA and new functionalization of PA,will also be the main research and development direction of PA in the future.
