摘要
为去除甲醇生产过程中煤气净化产生的酸性硫化氢气体和二氧化碳气体,采用二氧化碳压缩机进行回收。介绍了二氧化碳压缩机的工艺流程,采用宽温耐硫部分变换工艺和低温甲醇洗工艺对一氧化碳变换和原料气中的酸性气体进行去除,通过控制原料气中的碳氢比,达到减少羰基铁和高级醇生成的目的。结果表明:二氧化碳压缩机的投入使用,能最大限度的回收利用多余的二氧化碳气体,达到了二氧化碳气体减排的目的。
In order to remove acid hydrogen sulfide gas and carbon dioxide gas produced by gas purification in methanol production process,carbon dioxide compressor was used for recovery.The process flow of carbon dioxide compressor was introduced,wide temperature and sulfur resistant partial conversion process and a low temperature methanol washing process were used to remove acid gas in carbon monoxide conversion and feed gas,by controlling the hydrocarbon ratio in the feed gas,the formation of carbonyl iron and higher alcohol can be reduced.The results show that the use of the carbon dioxide compressor can maximize the recovery and utilization of excess carbon dioxide gas,and achieve the purpose of reducing carbon dioxide gas emissions reduction.
