考虑信息传输失效的配电自动化系统可靠性评估 被引量:2

摘要 随着信息技术在电力系统中的应用不断加深,配电网可靠性评估不仅需要考虑物理故障,还要考虑信息传输故障,因此,传统配电网的可靠性评估模型将不再适用。本文根据配电网主站的集中式调控功能,基于故障后果分析法,深入分析通信异常对系统故障处理过程的影响,构建了考虑信息传输失效的系统可靠性评估模型。最后,以IEEE RBTS Bus 6配电系统的主馈线F4为例,讨论信息传输失效对系统可靠性的影响。 Along with the continuous deepening of the application of information technology in power systems,the reliability assessment of distribution networks needs to consider the physical faults and the information transmission failures.Therefore,the reliability assessment model of the traditional distribution network will no longer be applicable.According to the centralized control function of the master station of the distribution network and based on the failure consequence analysis method,the influence of communication abnormalities on the system fault handling process is deeply analysed in this paper and a system reliability assessment model considering the information transmission failure is constructed.Finally,the F4 main feeder of the IEEE RBTS Bus 6 distribution system is taken as an example to discuss the influence of information transmission failure onsystem reliability.
