应急发电机启动电源智能管理装置研究

Research on an Intelligent Management Device of Emergency Generator Starting Power

为满足变电站、医院、数据中心、通讯枢纽等重要用电场所对电力供应可靠性的要求,一般除了配置两路独立进线电源外,还设置有应急发电机以保证紧急情况下的不间断供电。应急发电机的启动电源通常由内置蓄电池提供,为更好解决因蓄电池长期未使用电量耗尽或损坏,关键时刻无法启动应急发电机组等关键设备的问题,本文针对应急发电机蓄电池智能管理装置进行了针对性研究,采用高精度电池监测技术对蓄电池进行不间断状态管理,并可扩展功能将实时状态发送到巡维人员的手持移动设备上,同时提高了蓄电池的使用寿命,提升了巡维人员对蓄电池的管理水平,减轻了工作量,为供电持续性和可靠性提供了有力保障。

To meet the power supply reliability requirements of important places using electric power such as substations,hospitals,data centres and communication hubs,emergency generators are also installed to ensure the uninterrupted power supply in emergencies situations in addition to two independent power supply lines.The built-in battery usually provides the starting power of emergency generator.In order to better solve the problem that key equipment such as emergency generator set cannot be started at critical moments due to the battery which is exhausted or damaged because it has not been used for a long time,the intelligent management device of emergency generator battery is studied in this paper.The high-precision battery monitoring technology is used for the continuous state management of the battery,and the function can be expanded to send the real-time status to the handheld mobile devices of the inspection and maintenance personnel.At the same time,the service life of the battery is improved,and the management level of the inspection and maintenance personnel on the battery is improved,which reduce the workload and provide a strong guarantee for the continuity and reliability of the power supply.
