党建引领下社区教育融入社区治理的路径选择——基于桐乡市Y社区的实践分析

社区教育是社区中最具活力的新兴要素,是社区建设和社区治理的重要组成部分。如何推动社区教育对社区治理的优化,是近年国家政策倡导的方向,也是当前社区建设和社区治理实践中亟需面对的课题。本文结合桐乡市Y社区的治理实践,提出以党建引领实现社区教育多元主体间的联动和资源整合,推动社区教育融入社区治理的发展。

Community education is the most dynamic and emerging element in the community as one of the important parts of community development and community governance. How to promote the optimization of community education on community governance is the direction advocated by national policies in recent years, and is also an urgent issue in the practice of current community construction and community governance. This article analyzes the governance practice of Y community in Tongxiang City and proposes, through the guidance of the party building, to realize the linkage and resource integration among the multiple subjects of community education and promote the development of community education into community governance.
