摘要
商务英语课程是商务英语知识和技能运用能力融合的一门专业核心技能课程。目前商务英语专业的学生普遍存在批判性思维薄弱的问题。而案例教学是美国哈佛大学广泛推行和运用的教学方式,对批判性思维的培养具有积极的促进作用。因此探讨在商务英语课程中实施案例教学以培养商务英语专业学生的批判性思维具有重要的研究价值。通过讨论案例在真实性、实施过程以及开放性三方面的特征,以论证在商务英语课程中使用案例教学能够有效地培养商务英语专业学生的批判性思维,从而提高学生的综合专业素质。
As a central course of business English major, business English course integrates the knowledge of business English and the ability to apply the knowledge to reality. Being widely promoted and used in Harvard University of America, case teaching plays a positive role in the cultivation of critical thinking in which the weakness is a common phenomenon among business English majors. Thus it is of great research value to explore the application of case teaching in business English course to cultivate the critical thinking of business English majors. Through the argumentation of the authenticity, implementation process and openness of case study in the course, it is proved that the application of case teaching can effectively cultivate the critical thinking of the business English majors to improve their comprehensive professional quality.
