大学生成人依恋与手机依赖的关系:情绪表达的中介作用

Relationship between Adult Attachment and Mobile Phone Dependence among College Student:The Mediating Role of Emotional Expression

为探索成人依恋与手机依赖的关系以及情绪表达在其中的作用机制,采用问卷调查全国439名大学生。结果发现:(1)相比安全型依恋大学生,不安全依恋类型大学生手机依赖得分显著更高,情绪表达得分显著更低;(2)大学生成人依恋的亲密-依赖复合维度、焦虑维度以及情绪表达与其手机依赖显著相关;(3)情绪表达在成人依恋的亲密-依赖复合维度、焦虑维度与手机依赖之间均起部分中介作用。成人依恋可以直接影响大学生的手机依赖,也可通过情绪表达间接影响。在后续的干预中,可以通过提升大学生情绪表达能力,降低由不安全依恋而引发的手机依赖行为。

A questionnaire survey was conducted among 439 college students nationwide to explore the relationship between adult attachment and mobile phone dependence and the mechanism of emotional expression.The results showed that:(1)Compared with secure attachment students,insecure attachment students scored significantly higher on mobile phone dependence and lower on emotional expression.(2)The close-depend composite dimension and anxiety dimension of adult attachment could significantly predict college students emotional expression and mobile phone dependence;(3)Emotional expression played a partial mediating role in the relationship between close-depend composite dimension,anxiety dimension of adult attachment and mobile phone dependence.
