Analysis of Abnormal Sound in THALES Secondary Radar Motor

对THALES二次雷达接收到的从天线端到雷达通道端部分的方位信号流程进行解析,介绍相关设备在信号流程中的功能,并对实际工作中遇到的故障案例进行分析。根据雷达告警信息初步确定可能故障的部件,利用告警信息之间的关联性排除一部分可能的故障点,再通过方位信号流程进行分析,最终确定故障部件为马达。

This paper analyzes the azimuth signal flow from the antenna end to the radar channel end received by THALES secondary radar,introduces the functions of relevant equipment in the signal flow,and analyzes the fault cases encountered in practical work.According to the radar warning information,preliminarily determine the possible fault components,eliminate some possible fault points by using the correlation between the warning information,and then analyze the azimuth signal process to finally determine that the fault component is the motor.
