三阴性乳腺癌的中西医结合治疗现状

Treatment status of triple negative breast cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)有别于其他类型的乳腺癌,具有生长速度快、恶性程度高、病理分级差、复发早、预后不良、死亡率高等特点,因此优化治疗措施,挖掘有效的疗法成为当今乳腺癌研究、关注的重点。笔者认为未来TNBC的治疗应采取分期、分阶段、全程的中西医结合方式。本文对TNBC中西医结合治疗现状和研究进展进行梳理总结,期望随着之后对TNBC的深入研究以及中西医的通力合作,使TNBC的诊治进入更为有效、精准的时代。

Different from other types of breast cancer,triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)is characterized by rapid growth,high degree of malignancy,poor pathological grade,early recurrence,poor prognosis and high mortality.Therefore,optimizing treatment measures and exploring effective therapies have become the focus of current breast cancer research and attention.The author believes that TNBC should be treated by stages,stages and the whole process of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.In this paper,the present situation and research progress of TNBC integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine were summarized.It is expected that with the in-depth study of TNBC and the full cooperation of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the diagnosis and treatment of TNBC can enter a more effective and accurate era.
