自体血回收回输在异位妊娠及脾破裂治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of autologous blood recovery and transfusion in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and splenic rupture

目的探究自体血回收回输在异位妊娠及脾破裂的治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析福建省石狮市医院2017年6月至2019年12月收治的50例异位妊娠及脾破裂患者,按照输血方式分为对照组25例、治疗组25例,对照组患者输注异体库存血,治疗组患者采用自体血回收回输方法,比较两组的输血不良反应、手术前后血常规以及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果两组患者的血常规指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前ESR、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后的ESR、CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对异位妊娠及脾破裂患者实施自体血回收回输可减少异体输血的不良反应发生率,改善术后ESR、CRP等指标,效果较为理想。

Objective To explore the application effect of autologous blood recovery and transfusion in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and splenic rupture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy and splenic rupture admitted to Shishi Hospital in Fujian Province from June 2017 to December 2019.According to the blood transfusion method,they were divided into 25 cases in the control group,25 cases in the treatment group,patients in the control group were infused with allogeneic bamked blood,and patients in treatment group were infused with autologous blood.For allogeneic banked blood,the treatment group used autologous blood to be recovered and transfused to compare the adverse effects of blood transfusion,blood routine before and after surgery,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels between the two groups.Results Comparison of blood routine indexes between two groups of patients,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the preoperative ESR and CRP levels of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the postoperative ESR and CRP levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The recovery and transfusion of autologous blood for patients with ectopic pregnancy and splenic rupture can reduce the probability of adverse reactions of allogeneic blood transfusion,improve postoperative ESR,CRP and other indicators,and the effect is relatively ideal.
