腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年11月遵义医科大学附属医院收治的106例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,按照不同手术方式分为观察组(53例)与对照组(53例),观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,对照组采用开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术。比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、首次排气时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、术后并发症及卵巢功能恢复情况等指标。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、首次排气时间、下床活动时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组血清促黄体素、促卵泡刺激素、雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢囊肿患者采取微创手术可有效降低手术费用,减少手术时间与住院时间,术后患者卵巢功能恢复良好,并发症较少,安全有效,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 106 patients with ovarian cyst admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2018 to November 2020 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects,and divided into the observation group(53 cases)and the control group(53 cases)according to different surgical methods.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,and the control group was treated with open ovarian cystectomy.The operation time,hospital stay,first exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss,time out of bed,postoperative complications and the recovery of ovarian function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,first exhaust time and ambulation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for patients with ovarian cysts can effectively reduce the cost of surgery,reduce the operation time and the length of hospitalization,and the postoperative ovarian function recovers well,with fewer complications,safe and effective,and it is worthy of popularization.
