一次性根管与多次根管治疗急性牙髓炎的效果对比

Comparison of the effect of single-visit and multiple-visit root canals in the treatment of acute pulpitis

目的比较一次性根管与多次根管治疗急性牙髓炎的效果。方法选取抚顺市口腔医院2018年3月至2019年5月收治的100例急性牙髓炎患者(患牙120颗)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,患牙60颗)与实验组(50例,患牙60颗),对照组采用多次根管治疗,实验组采用一次性根管治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应总发生率、生活质量。结果实验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗后的心理功能、社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与多次根管治疗相比较,使用一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎患者的临床疗效更显著,且不良反应发生情况较少,有利于提高患者生活质量,值得在临床治疗上广泛应用。

Objective To compare the effects of the single-visit and multiple-visit root canals in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pulpitis(120 co-affected teeth)who were admitted to Fushun Stomatological Hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=50,60 co-affected teeth)and the experimental group(n=50,60 co-affected teeth)according to the random number table method.The control group were treated with multiple-visit root canal treatment,and the experimental group was treated with one-time root canal treatment.The clinical effect,total incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function,social function,role function,and physical function in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with multiple-single root canal treatment,the use of single-visit root canal in the treatment of patients with acute pulpitis obtains a more remarkable clinical effect and fewer adverse reactions,which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of extensive use in clinical practice.
