医护合作翻身指引在ICU危重患者中的应用效果

Application effect of the guidance of turning over by medical-nursing cooperation in critically ill patients in the ICU

目的探讨医护合作翻身指引在ICU危重患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月1日至6月30日浙江省嘉兴市中医医院按照常规翻身方法护理的213例患者设为对照组,选择2019年7月1日至12月31日浙江省嘉兴市中医医院采用医护制定的翻身指引护理的219例患者设为研究组,比较两组的不良事件发生率、并发症发生率、二次插管率、ICU计划外停留时间、护理满意度。结果研究组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,二次插管率低于对照组,ICU计划外停留时间短于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护合作翻身指引创新ICU危重患者护理模式,可减少患者并发症和不良事件,减少非计划性拔管次数,而确保患者更满意。

Objective Exploring the application effect of the medical-nursing cooperation guidelines for turning over in critically ill patients in the ICU.Methods From January 1,2019 to June 30,the 213 patients who were treated in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine according to the conventional turn-over method were selected as the control group.From July 1,2019 to December 31,the 219 patients who were treated in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicineaccording to the turn-over guidelines established by doctors and nurses were selected as the study group.The incidence of adverse events,incidence of complications,rate of secondary intubation,unplanned stay in ICU,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the rate of secondary intubation was lower than that of the control group,the unplanned stay in ICU was shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing total satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical-nursing cooperation guidelines for turning over critically ill patients can reduce complications,adverse events,unplanned extubation,make patients more satisfied.
