视觉分散护理对重症监护室先天性心脏病患儿疼痛、心理状况的影响

Effect of visual dispersion nursing on pain and psychological status of children with congenital heart disease in intensive care unit

目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)先天性心脏病患儿行视觉分散护理对疼痛、心理状况的影响。方法选取2020年1月至12月福建省立医院ICU收治的56例先天性心脏病患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=28)。对照组采用普通护理模式,观察组采用以普通护理为基础的视觉分散护理,比较两组家属的护理满意度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)评分。结果观察组护理后家属的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后的VAS评分低于对照组,观察组的医疗恐惧量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的镇静药物使用率低于对照组,ICU住院时间短于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将视觉分散护理应用于ICU先天性心脏病护理期有确切效果,有利于提升护理质量。

Objective Effect of visual dispersion nursing on pain and psychological status of children with congenital heart disease in intensive care unit.Methods 56 children with congenital heart disease admitted in the ICU of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January to December 2020 as the research objects,and divide them into the control group(n=28)and the observation group(n=28)according to random number table method.The control group adopts the ordinary nursing model,and the observation group adopts the visual dispersive nursing based on ordinary nursing,the family nursing l satisfaction,visual analogue scale(VAS)and medical fear scale score(CMFS)scale were compared between two groups.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after taking nursing measures,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the VAS scale scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05);The VAS score of the observation group after nursing intervention was lower than that of the control group,the medical fear scale scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug usage rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the length of stay in ICU was shorter than that of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of visual dispersion nursing in ICU congenital heart disease nursing has exact effect,which is conducive to improving the quality of nursing.
