罗伊适应护理模式对克罗恩病患者的影响

Effect of Roy′s adaptive nursing model on patients with Crosne′s disease

目的探讨罗伊适应护理模式对克罗恩病患者的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的60例克罗恩病患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规性护理措施,观察组采用罗伊适应护理模式。观察两组干预前后的抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪评分、心理韧性评分和应对方式评分,观察两组的并发症发生情况。结果两组干预前的抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪评分、心理韧性评分、应对方式评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪评分低于干预前,心理韧性评分、应对方式评分高于干预前;观察组的抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪评分低于对照组,心理韧性评分、应对方式评分高于对照组;观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗伊适应护理模式在克罗恩病患者的应用,可以改善抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪,提高心理韧性和应对方式水平,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To approach effect of Roy′s adaptive nursing model on patients with Crosne′s disease.Methods The 60 cases crohn patients in Fujian Medical University Affiliated the First Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the detection group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was used routine nursing,the detection group was used Roy adaptation nursing mode.The depress score,anxious score,mental toughness score,coping style score of two group patients before intervention and after intervention were detected,the complications of two group patients were detected.Results The depress score,anxious score,mental toughness score,coping style score of two group patients before intervention were compared,the difference were no statistical significance(P>0.05);after intervention,the depress score,anxious score of two group were lower than before intervention,mental toughness score,coping style score were higher than before intervention,the depress score,anxious score of detection group were lower than those of the control group,mental toughness score,coping style score were higher than those of the control group,the total complications of detection group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of crohn patients by Roy adaptation nursing mode,which could improve depress,anxious,increase mental toughness and coping style,decrease complications.
