社会资本视角下内生型乡村产业振兴路径研究--基于闽南D村瓷砖产业的考察

Path of Endogenous Rural Industry Revitalization from the Perspective of Social Capital:Based on Investigation of Ceramic Tile Industry in D Village in Southern Fujian

乡村振兴的可持续发展要依靠内生型乡村产业。通过对闽南村庄的一个专业市场进行田野考察,在社会资本视角下分析内生型乡村产业的社会基础、发展路径及综合效应。研究发现:乡村产业以农民家庭为主要经营主体。在产业发育阶段,农民通过动员社会关系进入产业,实现扩散经营,并且基于同乡互助,在专业市场内部达成保护型经营共识,避免恶性竞争,形塑出家庭经营-家族共营-同乡互助的关系型经济网络。内生型产业嵌入地方社会关系,农民的生产生活维持较高的一体化程度,对村庄生活有长远预期,有利于维持村庄共同体和社会秩序,但同时要注意产业发展可能面临的低水平困境。基于此,建议内生型乡村产业发展应充分挖掘地方资源,产业振兴与社会效益相互促进,有助于实现乡村全面振兴。

The sustainable development of rural revitalization depends on endogenous rural industries.Through a field survey of a professional market in a village of southern Fujian,the paper analyzed the social foundation,development path and comprehensive effects of endogenous rural industries from the perspective of social capital.The study found that rural industries are mainly operated by farmer families.In the development stage of the industry,farmers enter the industry through mobilization of social relations to achieve diffusion management,and achieve a protective management consensus in the professional market based on mutual as⁃sistance from the same towns,avoid vicious competition,and shape family management,the relationship-based economic network of camp-hometown mutual assistance.Endogenous industries are embedded in local social relations so that farmers are able to maintain their production and life with a high degree of integration and have long-term expectations for village life,which is conducive to safeguarding the village community and so⁃cial order.Meanwhile,attention should be paid to the low-level dilemmas that industrial development may face.In general,the development of endogenous rural industries fully taps local resources,and industrial revitaliza⁃tion and social benefits promote each other,which will help to achieve overall rural revitalization.
