基于TOPSIS法的区域性循环经济评价研究——以我国中部地区为例

Study on the Evaluation of the Regional Circular Economy Based on TOPSIS:Taking Central China as an Example

为了推进我国中部地区循环经济的发展,通过构建循环经济评价指标体系,依据熵值法以及逼近理想解排序法建立TOPSIS综合评价模型,对2004—2019年中部地区循环经济发展情况进行定量评价,结果显示:(1)从纵向看,中部地区循环经济发展水平随时间变化呈现波动上升态势,且于2015—2019年间有较大飞跃。(2)从横向看,中部六省循环经济发展水平随时间推移上下波动并逐渐趋于一致,但与经济发达程度并无明显的正向效应。

In order to promote the development of circular economy in central China,through constructing the circular economy evaluation index system,this thesis establishes TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity tocarry out the quantitative evaluation upon the circular economy development situation in central China from 2004 to 2019. The results show:( 1) From a vertical perspective,the level of circular economy development shows a fluctuating upward trend over time,and has a great leap from 2015 to 2019.( 2) From a horizontal perspective,the level of circular economy development of the six provinces in central China fluctuates up and down over time and converges gradually. There is,however,no obvious positive effect on the degree of economic development.
