包拯的勤政思想及其当代启示

Bao Zheng’s Diligent Thought and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

目前学界对包拯相关问题的研究主要集中在包拯断案故事、廉政思想、法治思想、家风家训的文化意蕴等几个方面,而探究包拯勤政思想的研究不多,却具有一定的历史意义和现实意义。文章从包拯勤政思想的形成原因、具体表现入手,揭示包拯的勤政思想对当前干部教育的启示作用。具体来说,包拯勤政思想的形成原因主要与中国传统文化的民本思想、良好家风的影响以及包拯一生的追求有关。包拯勤政思想具体体现在包拯改进诉讼受理制度、减免苛税、明辨是非、公道正派、不畏权贵等几个方面。包拯勤政思想的现实意义在于启示党员干部要坚持以人民为中心的发展理念;提高执政本领牢记服务宗旨;保持政治定力对党绝对忠诚。

At present,the academic research on the problems related to Bao Zheng mainly focuses on his case solving story,thought of clean government and rule of law,the cultural implication of family tradition and family motto,etc. It is of historical and practical significance to explore the diligent thought of Bao Zheng in Song Dynasty. This article starts with the formation and specific performance of Bao Zheng’s diligent thought,and then reveals the enlightenment role of Bao Zheng’s diligent thought to the current cadre education. To be specific,the formation of Bao Zheng’s diligent thought is mainly related to the people-oriented thought of Chinese traditional culture,the influence of good family style and Bao Zheng’s lifelong pursuit. Bao Zheng’s diligent thought is embodied in several aspects,such as improving the litigation acceptance system,exempting and reducing heavy taxes,clearly distinguishing between right from wrong,being fair and upright and not fearing the power and wealth,and so on. The practical significance of Bao Zheng’s diligent thought is to inspire party members and cadres to be firm in their ideals and beliefs and stick to their original intention,to maintain political stability and be loyal to the party and improve the ability to govern and serve the people.
