摘要
为更好地开展高校创新创业教育,解决大学生创业者在创业过程中的常态焦虑困境,通过半结构访谈的形式对大学生创业者进行访谈,探究其创业焦虑表现及成因。研究发现,这些创业者的焦虑表现主要为忧虑、悲观抑郁以及迷茫等,焦虑的成因包括同辈群体比较、理想和现实落差以及社会的结构性压力。在研究的基础上以增权理论为视角,从个体、人际以及社会三个层面介入引导,探索大学生创业心理教育的新途径,构建创业心理支持系统,为提高创业者抗压能力,排解其焦虑和抑郁情绪提出对策建议。
In order to better carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and solve the normal anxiety dilemma encountered by college entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship,semistructured interviews with college entrepreneurs are conducted to explore the performance and causes of their entrepreneurial anxiety. Research has found that the anxiety of these entrepreneurs is mainly manifested as worry,pessimistic depression and confusion. The causes of anxiety include peer group comparison,the gap between ideals and reality,and social structural pressure. On the basis of research,from the perspective of empowerment theory,the three levels of individual,interpersonal and social intervention and guidance,new ways of entrepreneurial psychological education for college students are explored and an entrepreneurial psychological support system is built to improve entrepreneurs’ ability to resist stress and relieve their anxiety suggest countermeasures and depression.
