高职院校绩效工资改革创新策略研究

摘要 深化高职院校分配制度改革,充分发挥绩效工资的激励导向作用,对于提升学校教职工干事创业热情,促进学校的高质量发展意义重大。本文研究分析了当前高职院校绩效工资实施中存在的问题,并针对性的提出了绩效工资改革创新的策略。 Great significance can be embodied in these measures such as having deep investigation of the reform of distribution system in higher vocational colleges,giving full play to the incentive and guiding role of performance-based salary and so on,especially in the improvement of the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of teaching staff and officers and the promotion of the high-quality development of the school.In this thesis,it carries out the research and analysis on the problems existing in the implementation of performance salary in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,it proposes the strategies of performance salary reform and innovation.
