Design and Development of Taiji Stone/Cotton Two-sided Knitted Fabric

通过对棉纤维和太极石涤纶长丝的性能分析,设计合适的组织,将其分别用于正反面编织,可织制两面具有不同外观效应和性能的两面派针织面料,外层可迅速吸收内层传导的汗水并扩散和蒸发,保持皮肤干燥,同时太极石贴近人体皮肤,赋予内层亲肤、抗菌抑菌的保健功能性,可用于制作贴身穿的运动服、内衣等。

Through the analysis of the performance of cotton fiber and Taiji stone polyester filament,the appropriate structure is designed and used for the front and reverse knitting respectively,which can weave two-sided knitted fabrics with different appearance effects and properties on both sides.The outer layer can quickly absorb the sweat conducted by the inner layer and diffuse and evaporate to keep the skin dry.At the same time,the Taiji stone is close to human skin,endowing the inner layer of skin-friendly,antibacterial health functions.It can be used to make personal sportswear,underwear,etc.
