寻常型天疱疮患者集束化皮肤换药模式的构建及应用

Construction and application of cluster skin dressing change mode in patients with pemphigus vulgaris

目的:探讨寻常型天疱疮患者集束化皮肤换药模式的构建及应用效果。方法:通过查阅文献、结合临床及专家函询构建寻常型天疱疮患者集束化皮肤换药模式,比较该模式应用前后患者疗效、创面多重耐药菌阳性率及护患满意度。结果:应用集束化皮肤换药模式后,患者疗效、护患满意度提高,创面多重耐药菌阳性率下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化皮肤换药模式可提高寻常型天疱疮患者疗效和护患满意度,降低创面多重耐药菌感染率。

Objective:To explore the construction and application effect of cluster skin dressing change mode in patients with pemphigus vulgaris.Methods:Through literature review,combined with clinical and expert consultation,we constructed a cluster skin dressing change mode for patients with pemphigus vulgaris,and compared the curative effect of patients before and after the application of the mode,the positive rate of wound multi drug resistant bacteria and the satisfaction of nurses and patients.Results:After the application of cluster skin dressing change mode,the curative effect of patients and the satisfaction of nurses and patients were improved,and the positive rate of multi drug resistant bacteria on wound surface was decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster skin dressing change mode can improve the efficacy of patients with pemphigus vulgaris and nurse patient satisfaction,and reduce the infection rate of multi drug resistant bacteria.
