摘要
巴哈赛车是一款驰骋于越野赛场的赛车,而赛车的操纵性与轻量化决定着赛车的性能。因此,设计一款既能满足操纵性与通过性,又能够满足赛车的轻量化设计的赛车,在比赛中就起到了重要的作用。由制动系统液压回路的设计可知,前轮所需要的制动力比后轮所需要的更多,除了通过调整平衡杆优化制动力的分配,还可适当减少整车重量,进而对赛车制动系统的设计与赛车的轻量化设计进行优化,最终获得轻量化设计的制动系统,在保证赛车操纵性与稳定性的同时,完善赛车的轻量化设计进程。
The Baja racing car is a racing car that gallops in the cross-country arena,and the maneuverability and light weight of the car determine the performance of the car.Therefore,designing a car that can not only meet the maneuverability and passability,but also meet the lightweight design of the car,plays an important role in the competition.From the design of the hydraulic circuit of the brake system,it can be seen that the front wheels require more braking force than the rear wheels.In addition to optimizing the distribution of braking force by adjusting the balance bar,the weight of the vehicle can also be appropriately reduced to brake the car.The design of the system is optimized with the lightweight design of the car,and finally a lightweight design braking system is obtained.While ensuring the maneuverability and stability of the car,it improves the lightweight design process of the car.
