航空四冲程活塞发动机与恒速变矩螺旋桨匹配研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高无人机推进系统的驱动能力和效率,实现螺旋桨与发动机整体系统优化,采用试验方法测量不同风速、不同油门、不同转速下螺旋桨推力、驱动功率等以研究桨发匹配规律。研究表明,风速对螺旋桨转速拓展影响显著;高油门状态匹配高转速2500rpm,中油门状态匹配中转速2200rpm可一定程度提高推力;滑油温度高于65℃,风速接近40m/s,可大幅提高风车启动的成功几率。上述结论对后续该动力装置的装机应用具有指导意义。 In order to improve the driving ability and efficiency of UAV propulsion system and optimize the overall system of propeller and engine,the propeller thrust and driving power under different wind speeds,throttles and speeds were measured by the test method to study the matching law of propeller.The results show that the influence of wind speed on propeller speed expansion is significant.The high throttle state matches the high speed 2500rpm,and the middle throttle state matches the middle speed 2200rpm,which can improve thrust to a certain extent.Oil temperature higher than 65℃,wind speed close to 40m/s,can greatly improve the success of the windmill start-up probability.The above conclusions are of guiding significance to the subsequent installation and application of the power device.
