基于压电分流型智能超材料的新能源汽车NVH控制研究

摘要 针对新能源汽车振动与噪声问题,采用在板材上周期贴敷压电片并连接分流电路的方法构建了智能超材料板。仿真结果表明,电阻分流电路可以有效抑制模态振动峰值;电感分流电路和电阻-电感分流电路都可以形成局域共振带隙,带隙内相应频率振动可以得到有效抑制,且带隙位置可方便的通过调节电感值实现。构建的智能超材料板具有附加质量低及智能化调节优点,可有效减轻新能源汽车车身振动。 Aiming at the problem of vibration and noise of new energy vehicles,an intelligent metamaterial plate bonded periodically piezoelectric patches with shunting circuits is constructed.The simulation results show that the resistive shunting circuits can effectively suppress the modal vibration peaks;Both resistive shunting circuits and resistive-inductive shunting circuits can form a LR bandgap,the corresponding frequency vibration located in the bandgap can be effectively suppressed,and the bandgap position can be easily adjusted by the inductive value.The intelligent metamaterial plate has the advantages of low added mass and intelligent adjustment,which can effectively reduce the body vibration of new energy vehicles.
