摘要
16V240机车柴油机气缸盖结构复杂,内部布置有冷却水腔和进排气气道,为研究气缸盖在高温、高压燃气、冷却水作用下气缸盖的强度,通过SolidWorks建立了柴油机气缸盖三维几何模型,利用Fluent进行了流固耦合传热计算分析,并以气缸盖温度场为输入载荷,进一步应用ANSYS Workbench平台分析了气缸盖的应力。通过分析得出气缸盖温度、应力云图。通过数值分析得出,气缸盖在多种物理场的作用下,承受较大负荷的区域出现在气缸盖的火力面。对比不同载荷下的应力云图,得出气缸盖主要受热应力的影响。
The cylinder head of the 16V240 locomotive diesel engine has a complex structure,with cooling water chambers and intake and exhaust ducts arranged inside.In order to study the strength of the cylinder head under the action of high temperature,high pressure gas and cooling water,a three-dimensional diesel engine cylinder head was established through SolidWorks The geometric model is calculated and analyzed by fluid-structure coupling heat transfer using Fluent,and the cylinder head temperature field is used as the input load.The ANSYS Workbench platform is further used to analyze the stress of the cylinder head.Through analysis,the cylinder head temperature and stress cloud diagrams are obtained.Through numerical analysis,it is concluded that under the action of various physical fields,the area of the cylinder head that bears a larger load appears on the fire surface of the cylinder head.Comparing the stress cloud diagrams under different loads,it is concluded that the cylinder head is mainly affected by thermal stress.
