摘要
在研发发动机的VVL技术过程中,往往都需要进行发动机预研究台架试验;此文介绍了一种方法可以保证在原平台ECU控制软件不带VVL控制模块的情况下,通过增加新的控制器并开发新的控制软件单独控制VVL执行器的方法;从而达到缩短开发周期以及降低研发费用的作用,并且此类方法可以作为通用方案兼容所有型号发动机的VVL技术研发工作。
In the process of developing engine VVL technology,it is often necessary to carry out engine pre-research bench test;this article introduces a method to ensure that the original platform ECU control software does not have a VVL control module by adding new controls It also develops new control software to control the VVL actuator separately;so as to shorten the development cycle and reduce the research and development cost,and this type of method can be used as a general solution to be compatible with the VVL technology research and development work of all types of engines.
