摘要
通过分析各种有限元软件的优缺点,选择DEFORM软件作为分析工具对钛合金材料Ti6Al4V的切削过程进行数值模拟,建立工件和刀具的正交切削平面应变的有限元模型,对金属切削加工过程进行了实时的仿真,为正确设计和合理使用刀具提供理论依据。
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various finite element software,DEFORM software is selected as the analysis tool to simulate the cutting process of titanium alloy Ti6Al4V.The finite element model of orthogonal cutting plane strain of workpiece and tool is established,and the real-time simulation of metal cutting process is carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for the correct design and rational use of tools.
