摘要 进气歧管真空压力的大小是判断发动机进气量是否正常的重要内容之一,运用歧管压力的数值甄别发动机是否发生故障,在发动机故障判断及维修中具有至关重要的意义。文章主要分析了现今的发动机故障诊断中,维修人员对于真空表的运用价值远远不足,并未从真空度的变化中快速判断出发动机是否存在故障。以此为基础,针对性地提出发动机故障诊断及维修应运用发动机进气歧管压力的变化进行判断,以此提升故障修复率。 The vacuum pressure of intake manifold is one of the important contents to judge whether the intake volume of the engine is normal.It is of vital significance to use the numerical value of manifold pressure to identify whether the engine is in fault judgment and maintenance.This paper mainly analyzes the current engine fault diagnosis,maintenance personnel for the use of vacuum gauge value is far from enough,did not quickly judge the engine from the change of vacuum degree of failure.On this basis,it is pointed out that engine fault diagnosis and maintenance should be judged by the change of engine intake manifold pressure,so as to improve the fault repair rate.
