重型汽车LNG发动机常见故障及维修技术探究

Research on Common Faults and Maintenance Technology of Heavy Truck LNG Engine

随着国家对重型车辆排放要求的不断提高,以及新能源战略下相关技术的日趋成熟,LNG发动机已广泛应用于重型汽车设计领域。本文从重型汽车LNG发动机的主体结构出发,介绍了LNG发动机的基本工作原理,论述了重型汽车LNG发动机的常见故障与维修技术,进一步提出了日常维护与保养的建议。

With the continuous improvement of national emission requirements for heavy vehicles and the maturity of relevant technologies under the new energy strategy,LNG engines have been widely used in the field of heavy truck design.Starting from the main structure of heavy truck LNG engine,this paper introduces the basic working theory of LNG engine,discusses the common troubles and maintenance technology of heavy truck with LNG engine,and further puts forward some suggestions on daily maintenance.
