Automobile Inflation Device with Automatic Pressure Limiting Function and Inflation Method

随着新能源汽车的发展以及国家油耗要求越来越严格,汽车轻量化工作越来越重要。汽车随车充气装置的应用是整个备用轮胎应急措施的一大变革。现有的充气装置在充气过程中,需要用户用眼观察,保证轮胎充到合适的气压值。由于现在很多充气泵上的气压表精度为±0.2bar,且人眼观察具有一定的偏差或注意力易不集中,因此无法保证轮胎气压与车辆的设计气压完全一致,另外,如果晚上光线较差时,误差更大。因此本文对汽车轮胎的充气装置和充气方法进行了研究,介绍了一种带自动限压功能的汽车充气装置,同时配备的自动照明控制系统,使轮胎充气更便捷,减少安全隐患,保障了行车安全。

With the development of new energy vehicles and the increasingly stringent national fuel consumption requirements,vehicle lightweight is becoming more and more important.The application of automobile on-board inflation device is a great change in the emergency measures of the whole spare tire.In the inflation process of the existing inflation device,the user needs to observe with his eyes to ensure that the tire is inflated to an appropriate air pressure value.Because the accuracy of the barometer on many inflation pumps is±0.2bar,and the human eyes observation has a certain deviation or it′s easy to lose concentration,it is impossible to ensure that the tire pressure is completely consistent with the design pressure of the vehicle.In addition,if the light is poor at night,the error is even greater.Therefore,this paper studies the inflation device and inflation method of automobile tires,introduces an automobile inflation device with automatic pressure limiting function,and is equipped with automatic lighting control system,which makes it more convenient to inflate the tires when driving,in order to reduce the potential safety hazards in driving and ensure driving safety.
