机械零件的测绘过程中存在很多问题。最明显的问题是如何测量零件的尺寸,然后调查并绘制零件的公称尺寸和公差。在本文中,我们将详细分析尺寸舍入应用模式。这有利于在机械测绘实践中方便准确地确定机械零件的基本尺寸、公差和偏差,为测绘提供理论参考。本文介绍了机械零件实地测绘所学的方法和技巧,指出了四种主要的实地测绘方法,并举例说明了它们的应用。
There are many problems in the surveying and mapping process of mechanical parts.The most obvious problem is how to measure the size of the part,and then investigate and plot the nominal size and tolerance of the part.In this article,we will analyze the size rounding application mode in detail.This is conducive to the convenient and accurate determination of the basic dimensions,tolerances and deviations of mechanical parts in the practice of mechanical surveying and mapping,and provides a theoretical reference for surveying and mapping.This article introduces the methods and skills learned in the field surveying and mapping of mechanical parts,points out the four main field surveying and mapping methods,and gives examples of their applications.
